Put different packaging items into the conveyor belt of the labeling machine, and the conveyor belt drives the bottle into the bottle separation area. The conveyor mechanism moves continuously. After the bottle is detected by the optical fiber, the photoelectric signal is transmitted to the PLC, and the output signal is processed by the PLC. It is transmitted to the stepping motor, and the label is output by the stepping motor. The label is pasted on the bottle by the rolling mechanism, and the labeled object enters the next process or container by the conveyor belt of the labeling machine.Machine Features

The labeling system has fast response speed and high precision: it adopts the French Panasonic servo labeling system, Delta PLC and functional modules, Panasonic servo main motor for labeling, Schneider frequency conversion adjustment: extremely high stability and synchronization, and the fastest response speed reaches 1200 times/min, and strong torque.
4. The printing equipment is flexible and the printing is clear: it can be flexibly equipped with a hot stamping printer or inkjet printer to complete coding and labeling at the same time.
