Automatic Edible Oil Bottle Filling and Capping Machine

The GP-GF Series 2-in-1 machine integrates filling and capping work.   The production process of the machine is as follows: the air conveying channel is directly connected to the filling capping machine, and the bottles are transferred from the air conveying channel to the filling capping machine through the bottle-removing star wheel. Filling adopts a negative filling method. After the filling valve contacts the bottle mouth, it suck air out from bottle and fill same volume as air that is sucked out to make each bottle level same after,  and the bottle enters the capping machine through the neck transition dial.  The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine catches the neck of the bottle, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and rotates on the capping machine, and under the action of the cam,  the capping,  capping,  capping,  and capping actions are realized to complete the entire capping process. The finished bottle is conveyed from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain through the bottle output dial, and the conveying chain conveys the three-in-one bottle filling machine. The whole equipment is closed by sealing windows, the height of the sealing windows is higher than the highest point of the equipment, appropriate passages are left at the inlet and outlet of the bottle, and there are ventilation slots at the bottom.
